AGRICULTURAL SERVICE PROGRAM
Brown & Hurley Agriculture’s Service Program is built to support apprentices and early-career technicians who want to kick-start a hands-on career in agriculture. We offer financial incentives, relocation assistance and rental support to help make the move easier when starting a new role at one of our seven branch locations.
As part of the program, apprentices gain real-world experience working alongside qualified technicians, access to ongoing training, and clear pathways for career progression. After 24 months, you’ll also have the option to transfer to another Brown & Hurley Agriculture branch, giving you the chance to broaden your experience, explore a new region or take the next step in your career all while staying within the Brown & Hurley team.

TRADE AND APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITIES
We offer a wide range of trade and apprenticeship opportunities across heavy vehicle, trailer and agricultural machinery maintenance, along with apprenticeships in spare parts and vehicle sales.
We welcome qualified tradespeople from all backgrounds who are looking to upskill, expand their capabilities or complete a dual trade, supported by structured training and real on-the-job experience.
Our industry-leading apprenticeship program is designed to set apprentices up for long-term success. You’ll gain hands-on experience in fully equipped workshops, work alongside experienced technicians, and receive ongoing training to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a confident, professional and qualified tradesperson.
Applications for our workshop apprenticeship program open each year in June.
